Role: Temporary Care Home Administrator


Location: Holmfirth, Huddersfield (HD9)


Contract Type: Temporary, initially for 6 weeks


Start date: ASAP


Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour

Brief Overview of Responsibilities


* Answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner. Transferring calls to relevant departments. Taking and distributing messages


* General Administration - Email communication, letters


* Data Entry


* Preparing Reports


* Processing various documents


To be considered for this opportunity, you will:


* Have an office administration background


* Be competent on Microsoft Office & Excel


* Consent for a DBS check to be carried out (No charge to yourself - We cover the cost)
