If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Temporary Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team in Brentwood.


In this role, you will provide support to the regional teams. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with office managers and building management to maintain a safe and functional environment, and ensuring that all office service providers deliver work to an acceptable standard.


You will also have the opportunity to manage facilities projects and local works/contractors in assigned offices, oversee facilities-related compliance, and gather relevant data for reporting purposes. Additionally, you will serve as the "Office Manager" at the main office base, working closely with key stakeholders to identify and implement best practises.


To succeed in this role, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Eagerness to develop professionally and undergo training is highly desirable. Experience in Microsoft Office packages will also be beneficial.


The role is based in Brentwood, with the occasional need to travel to their London office based near Liverpool Street, and offers an attractive hourly rate ranging from £14 to £16. The contract length is 8 weeks, with a full-time working pattern. Convenient parking is available on site.
