Temporary Administrator

Office Angels is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Administrator. This role offers an immediate start on an ongoing temporary basis.

The hours of this role are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and it is located in Tranent.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Scanning invoices

  • File allocation

  • Assisting with bank statements

  • Creating spreadsheets

  • General ad hoc administration

Skills required:

  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office proficient, especially with Excel

  • Skilled in using SharePoint

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills
