We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client's team in Todmorden on a temporary basis. If you have a background in administration and share our client's values, we want to hear from you!


Our client is a nursing service that provides high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health and dementia. They are looking for a positive, patient, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of working age and older adults with dementia and associated conditions.


As an Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the HR Team with a variety of tasks:



  • This will include reception and admin tasks

  • Setting up new employees

  • Conducting DBS checks

  • Managing references

  • Maintaining personnel files in compliance with GDPR.

  • Processing timesheets

  • Preparing payroll

  • Handling financial tasks such as banking and sales invoicing and managing petty cash.

  • Additionally, you will be expected to update staff training records and ensure files remain compliant.


To excel in this role, you should be able to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain calm under pressure. Greeting visitors with a smile and providing excellent customer service will be essential in this position.
