Temporary Administrator - Thornliebank

Our client based in Thornliebank - East Renfrewshire has an opportunity for a temporary Administration Assistant to join their team on an on-going week to week basis.


This is a full-time position which is immediately available. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


The role will suit someone who is accustomed to working to demanding timescales and is happy re-prioritising their workload when necessary.


Duties:



  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department

  • Respond to client enquiries either via telephone or email

  • Open, record and distribute incoming mail as well as arranging outgoing mail

  • Document control and working within GDPR regulations

  • Keying accurate information into the client database 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all tasks

  • Reporting on sensitive subjects and acting in a timely manner 

  • Ensure data is up to date and readily available 

  • Diary management


Skills:



  • Customer service excellence

  • Keying accurate information

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Positive attitude and desire to go the extra mile

  • Strong and confident communicator

  • Polite telephone manner

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
