JOB TITLE: Temporary Administrator - SAGE

LOCATION: Bramley, Leeds (LS13)

HOURS: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

DURATION: 4-8 Weeks Starting ASAP

SALARY: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour PAYE

We have partnered with an Automotive business who offers a warm and friendly working environment and a well-established team who will make you feel welcome from day one.

This is an Administrative position dealing with customers, invoicing and booking in appointments for services and MOTs. The role is covering a period of absence.

  • Answering telephone and dealing with Customer enquiries and booking in of appointments/courtesy cars etc.

  • Updating company diary with appointments and customer contact information

  • Use of SAGE processing invoices (knowledge is essential)

  • Bank reconciliations

What we are looking for:

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge and experience of SAGE

  • Available immediately and able to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks cover
