Hours between: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours)
£12 per hour
Office Angels require an experienced Administrator who is available for an ongoing role within the Travel Industry. The role is to manage a busy varied workload where the client requires exceptional support.
Day to Day Duties:
- Data entry
- Chase Invoices
- Inbound/Outbound calling
- Contacting Suppliers
- Customer service
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Good communication Written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong telephone manner
- Experience of relevant software including MS word, Excel and outlook
