Location: Chard, Somerset


Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour


Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

We are working with a passionate and motivated company who are seeking a driven and well-organised administrator to join their welcoming team in Chard, Somerset. You will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of administration duties. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 8 weeks with the potential to be extended or become permanent for the right candidate, therefore you must be available immediately. Our client is happy to consider candidates that come from a reception, customer service or administration background as full training will be provided however you must have a positive "can-do" attitude with strong IT skills.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Responsible for reviewing documents to and from clients to ensure safeguarding policies are not breached

  • Working with teams both within the UK and overseas to raise queries, including quality issues and audience-appropriateness

  • Receiving and storing important documentation

  • Actioning the printing, matching, packing and despatching of the feedback pieces to agreed timelines

  • Supporting the processing of other mass production communication pieces

  • Responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies

  • Assisting the recording of the project's progress to enable a thorough evaluation and review of the processes for future development and decisions

  • Stock control of mailing materials, including letterhead, envelopes and inserts
