£9.00-£10.00 per hour depending on experience


Our client based in Glasgow City Centre has an opportunity for a temporary Administration Assistant to join their team on an on-going week to week basis.


This is a full-time position which is immediately available. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The role will suit someone who is accustomed to working to demanding timescales and is happy re-prioritising their workload when necessary.

Duties:



* General requests and enquiries about the organisation and passing on to relevant person or supplying contact details.
* Point of contact for other departments, main office and IT support.
* Supporting HR in redacting disciplinary packs, posting out letters and Note Taking where required.
* Posting letters
* Arranging ELearning passwords and usernames for new starts.
* Arranging ID Cards for new starts
* Coordinating maintenance of the building, annual servicing, General upkeep of the office, coordination with cleaners.
* Inputting and filing Absence / chasing up long term absence missing paperwork.
* Ordering Stationery
* Arranging Toner Recycling
* Arranging Shredding Uplifts
* Annual surveys distribution and collation coordination
* Petty Cash for Office
* Coordinating and distributing PR material to services


Skills:



* Proficient in MS office
* Strong and confident communicator
* Polite telephone manner
* Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
