Temporary Administrator


Location: BD7, Bradford (Onsite Free Parking)


Hourly Pay: £11.00 +Holidays + Office Angels Benefits!


Duration: 3 months with potential to extend


Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am- 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch break - Early finish of 4:30 on a Friday!


Start date: ASAP

Who is the company and what is the role?


Office Angels Bradford are proud to be partnered with a well-known Education establishment.


This role is based in a state-of-the-art environment which offers an excellent working environment. This business prides themselves on the support they give to students and is passionate to ensure individual needs are met.


As an Administrator, you'll join a small Finance Advisory Team and will provide information and advice on a full range of student finance support services available.


What attributes will you have?


You will need to be patient, polite and friendly and strive to offer as much support and guidance as you can.


What will your day-to-day duties be?



  • Assist students and potential students to access relevant information and advice regarding student finance, loans etc.

  • Provide information and advice on progression routes with Education, Employment and Training

  • Process applications

  • Accurate input of data and maintain student records

  • Assist with Administrative tasks for the other departments. For example, you may sometimes support in Examinations and/or Enrolment.


Please note an Enhanced DBS is required before starting this position. There is no cost to you, we cover this cost.


We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Experience within an Administrative/Front of House role

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • The ability to relate sensitively and appropriately to a wide range of people

  • Clear communication and also interpersonal skills

  • IT proficiency including MS Excel, Outlook, Word
