Temporary Accounts Assistant - Part time 25 hours per week!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-2:30pm - 25 hours per week.

Location: Shipley BD18- Free on-site parking

Hourly Rate: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Duration: 6 weeks- potential to extend AND potential of a permanent opportunity

Start date: ASAP

We are working with a supplier based in Shipley who are looking for someone to join their small and friendly team! They are looking for an Accounts Assistant who has previous experience in this field and has used Sage before.

The role is part time offering 25 hours per week. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am-2:30pm. So if you are someone who does the school run or has other personal commitments after 2:30pm this role is perfect for you!

Please note this role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate!

Your key duties:

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Processing payments

  • Creating company reports

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Generating invoices

  • Data cleansing and Data input

  • General admin support when needed

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in an accounts position

  • Previous experience using Sage

  • Work well in a team as well as on your own

  • IT Literate - Outlook, Excel and Sage
