Temporary Accounts Administrator!
📅 Duration: 2 months initially (possible extension)
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week - flexible start/finish within 7am-5pm
💷 Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour

A busy, well‑established logistics company in Bradford BD12 is looking for a proactive Temporary Accounts Administrator to support the finance team during a peak period. This is a great opportunity to jump into a fast‑paced environment and make an immediate impact. 🚚💨
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger (Main Focus!)
- Processing supplier invoices and matching, batching & coding
- Handling supplier queries and contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
- Debtor Chasing
- Daily/weekly reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Sending supplier statements
- Producing financial reports for internal teams
- Helping with ad‑hoc finance duties as needed
✨ Skills & Experience
- Solid purchase ledger/ Accounts experience (essential)
- Systems experience: Sage & QuickBooks 💻
- Intermediate Excel
- IT skills & ability to pick up new systems easily
- Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
