We are currently working with an Engineering company in Ringwood to find an Administrator on a 4-month fixed term contract.


LOCATION: Ringwood

PERKS: Free onsite parking, overtime available at time and a half

Main duties include:

  • First point of contact for inbound calls

  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and customers to update on orders

  • Assisting with the scheduling of engineers

  • Logging service requests and keeping them updated

Your expertise:

  • Previous Admin experience

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • SAP experience ideal
