Temporary 2nd Line Support Assistant

Based in Wimbledon
Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm
£15-19 per hour dependant on experience
Overview:
A great opportunity to join our clients team and provide ICT support and maintenance for the office Network Users, Home Workers and Branches.
Duties:
- Laptop deployment
- Implement an asset management system to allow better management of resources
- Management of rotas
- Troubleshooting
- Remote device troubleshooting (Mac & Windows)
- Troubleshooting and backing up servers (SQL & Citrix)
- Azure Office 365 & Exchange Online
- Backup & recovery
- Active directory users and computers, azure active directory, azure networking
- Configuring and deploying networks for events
Required experience:
- At least 1 year working in a busy and sometimes demanding ICT Department at 2nd line support level
- Working in a 2nd line support environment
- ICT Helpdesk
- PC Hardware Support
- Exchange Server Support
- Active Directory
- Windows Server Operating Systems
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Network Support/Maintenance/Configuration experience
