Wimbledon, Office Based
£13 - £16 per hour dependant on experience (FTE £25,000 - £30,000)
Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 6:00PM (flexible)
Start date: ASAP
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join a well-established fitness and wellbeing company based in Wimbledon. Our client is looking for a positive and friendly Team Assistant / Office Manager to join the team and support the EA to the CEO of the business.
Daily Duties include:
- Provide part time support to the C-Suite and wider team (arranging meetings and calls, processing expenses, organising flights, transfers and accommodation)
- Purchasing items for the Office including stationery, water and kitchen supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Dealing with any office related Suppliers
- Helping to onboard any new joiners (i.e liaising with I.T to make sure they have the necessary equipment)
- Acting as the main point of contact within the Office
- Liaising with building management in relation to any maintenance issues or repairs to the Office
- Provide general support to any guests
- Help organising team events such as the Christmas Party
- General administrative support such as helping to produce presentations and processing Invoices
