Temp to Perm Medical PA / Secretary


£15 - £18 p/h (£35,000 per annum perm salary)

Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:30PM

Start date: ASAP - (You must be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice)


An opportunity to join a well-established Healthcare company based in Sutton. The main focus of this role is to provide a confidential and professional administrative service to the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services. You will also assist in the smooth and efficient running of the management offices, by providing support to the Senior Management Team.

Daily Duties include:

  • Supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT) with diary management; dealing with internal and external calls; screen calls and visitors as appropriate; management of correspondence and e-mails; co-ordination of electronic diary; raising timely action points; preparing well presented data reports, Powerpoint presentations and other documentation

  • Management of meeting documentation, this includes: timely issue of agenda and associated documentation; attending meetings to produce minutes and circulate as appropriate to the meeting.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Ensure the effective maintenance of consultant practising privilege documentation in line with Practising Privileges Policy

  • Liaise with consultants ahead of expiration of required documents required to retain practising privileges

  • Ensure the Executive Director is made aware of the expiration of any documents required to maintain practising privileges including but not limited to professional Indemnity cover and DBS.

  • Co-ordinate business meetings/functions both internal/external to the hospital

  • Make travel/hotel arrangements as requested by the SMT
