Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Working as part of a lively sales team in a brand-new office, you will provide this successful sales team of 5 with administration support.



Your day to day duties will include:




  • Document all Return merchandise authorisations received via online form onto our tracker

  • Communicate with customers where needed in a professional manner

  • Collate all data using tools available (Excel/company software) for review by Purchasing Manager

  • Take responsibility for keeping track of all returned merchandise throughout the return merchandise authorisation process

  • Work with the transport team to arrange collections where needed

  • Raise credit note requests with accounts and forward to customer when complete

  • Assist with admin paperwork and any other ad hoc duties



  • Raising PO's and liaising with suppliers

  • Creating VLOOKUP for stock

  • Chasing payments from customers


The ideal candidate:



  • Previous experience in admin, essential

  • Experience in customer service ideal

  • Good Excel knowledge an advantage
