We are currently seeking a confident and proactive individual to support our client's Finance Department as a Temp - Perm Finance Administrator. If you are a strong communicator and are looking for a temporary position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

πŸ’Ό Role: Temp - Perm Finance Administrator

⌚ Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

πŸ’° Salary: Β£14ph

What you will be doing... πŸ’Ό

  • Reconciling Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts on a daily basis

  • Handling Credit Card Deposits πŸ’³

  • Dealing with credit card disputes and running the chargeback report daily to ensure timely appeals

  • Prepare Fraud Reporting and prevent fraudulent payments daily πŸš«πŸ’Έ

  • Ensure web payments are monitored and received promptly

  • Collaborate with customer service teams for Website Order Refunds

  • Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure smooth order/refund processes

  • Maintain digital financial records to Group standards

  • Support the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting

  • Assist the Finance team with any ad-hoc requirements

  • Support the development of the website by testing new processes for financial accuracy

To be successful in this role, you will have... βœ”οΈ

  • Previous SAP experience is advantageous but not essential

  • Good knowledge of Excel is preferred

  • Great attention to detail ✨

  • Effective and confident communication with your team and customer service teams, as well as external agencies
