Temp Facilities Team Admin + Invoicing - Hybrid working

  • x 2 Temp Facilities Team Administrators

  • £10.40 - £11.00 per hour

  • Full Time 9-.5.30pm although there can be flexibility around this

  • In the long term there will also be an option for hybrid working a mix of home and office

  • Free On site Parking

Our client based at a large site in Wallisdown are requiring x 2 Temp Administrators to join their facilities team.

Initially the role will require you to ensure that a backlog of invoices have been processed and check that payments have been received and Purchase Order numbers are correct.

As the role develops you will also have contact with a variety of teams within the building so having great face to face people skills is a must coupled with strong organisational skills.

You will play an important part of this small but busy team for this ongoing Temporary Assignment.

You will need to have previous experience ideally within some or all of the following:

  • Invoicing

  • An understanding of Finance

  • Hard Services & Facilities Management

  • Knowledge of CAFM systems would be a bonus but not necessary
