JOB ROLE: Temp Buying/production Admin Assistant


COMPANY: LUXURY FASHION BRAND


HOURS: Full time / 35 hours a week / 5 days a week in the office


SALARY: £21.5K /£22k


LOCATION: London


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Support Buyers in developing and delivering commercial and profitable ranges that offer the customer a point of difference.

  • Supporting the buyers achieve company KPI's (in-take, margin and markdown)

  • Contribute to the process of all stock and intake including critical path and sample management, ensuring all admin work surrounding these are completed and communicated.

  • Assist the wider buying team with the co-ordination and preparation for range sign off and systemic elements of the buying process.

  • Assisting in the analysing of competitor activity, seasonal trends and design direction including price architecture, colour palette, silhouette, and margin to deliver a highly commercial and well-balanced range.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Someone who is dedicated to learn and want to train, to be the best they possibly can be.

  • Ideally you will have previous experience of working in industry within a buying environment during work, placement, or internship.

  • To you demonstrate a highly commercial driven mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure as a resourceful communicator.

  • Have a good understanding of thinking commercially, all the while looking to assist in the delivery of a profitable range that maximises commercial opportunities

  • A commercial mindset and a collaborative nature are a must!
