Temp Administrator - immediate start

Location: Lewes, central offices

Hours: 9-5.30pm

Pay: £11 an hour

Joining a small friendly team, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the business and all round administrative support to the busy team.

We are looking for a confident communicator who is happy to learn and get stuck in!

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails

  • Take phone messages for team members when unavailable

  • Book in viewing and meetings for senior members of the team

  • All round general team administration

  • Register new clients

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Able to multi task in busy environments

  • Positive outlook and able to go the extra mile for customers

  • Previous experience of working in an administration environment

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

This is a temp role for 6 weeks to cover sickness, length on contract to be reviewed for extension
