If so, Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity available as our client is looking to recruit Technical Support Advisors to join their business on a Permanent basis.


The roles are to start in January 2022 and will initially be based working from home, with one day per week in their Newcastle office. They have free parking, excellent transport links and full equipment will be provided to work from home effectively.


Working Monday - Friday between 8am -8pm and a salary of £24,000 per annum this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to progress your career with a very successful international company.


The role will involve supporting customers with technical problems and helping identify the best solution, product or service to match their needs.


Key areas of responsibility



  • Taking ownership & accountability for offering solutions that benefit customers

  • Providing Technical Support to customers, resolving queries within agreed SLA's

  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered at all times

  • Recognising opportunities to 'add value' to a customer's relationship by recognising and maximising revenue opportunities

  • Proactively contribute to the success of the team by sharing knowledge and ideas

  • Taking ownership and always looking for areas of improvement and self-development

  • Demonstrating and delivering exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills

  • Proactively seeking feedback from coaches and managers to look at ways of improving the customer experience


Essential requirements



  • Previous experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally within a Technical Support role

  • Proven ability to problem solve effectively

  • The ability to work as part of a team alongside effectively managing own workload

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
