JOB TITLE: Technical Support Administrator

LOCATION: Crawley, West Sussex

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with flexibility on hybrid working (2 days in the office, Tuesday and Thursday)

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a (dependant on experience)

Office Angels are working together with the Hiring Manager on an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Technical Support Administrator. This role will be to support internal and some Customer technical support and guidance in relation to products and company regulation and legalisation.

This role will also include supporting the company with any financial queries and supporting the business with technical training.

About the role:

  • First point of contact for the Customer Services team; providing solutions to Customer issue and enhance the processes

  • Providing explanations to various audiences in a way that ensures all level of understanding

  • Ensure you are up to date with detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative/regulatory requirements and relevant business rules

  • Provide communication of regulatory, legislative and HMRC change

  • Resource and creation of technical material including guides and providing technical training where needed

  • Review employer and member communications, literature and processes to ensure they are accurate and correct within the Business

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Financial Services role

  • Must have 3 financial services qualifications (CII OR PMI Level 4 or equivalent)

  • Pro-active, can do attitude and dedicated behaviour

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Impressive communication skills and relationship building

  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and achieving targets

  • Be able to understand, interpret and apply information from various sources
