LOCATION: Central Brighton


HOURS: Monday- Friday, flexible/40 hours per week


SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 p/a + excellent benefits

Due to lots of exciting growth within the company, we're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit a Team Manager to join the expanding team.


This exciting opportunity would suit you if you have experience managing Customer Service or Support Desk teams, and if you would like to work for a dynamic, fast growing, well established leading company!


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing the day to day running of the support desk team

  • Providing coaching and mentorship

  • Setting performance goals and monitoring progress towards meeting them

  • Developing and implementing process and procedures for improvements

  • Motivating the team and working closely with them to resolve issues


About you:



  • You will have a strong background in managing customer service or support desk teams

  • Good understanding of technical concepts

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
