JOB TITLE: Team Assistant / PA
JOB TYPE: Full time, Temporary

SALARY: £15 - £17 Per Hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
LOCATION: Central London
Responsibilities/Duties:
This is an exciting and varied role providing PA and administrative support. This role also requires helping with the day-to-day office administration requirements, working together as a member of the administration team to support the Senior Management Group.
- Booking travel and accommodation for business trips
- Managing complex travel itineraries
- Day to day administration and secretarial support, including the Senior Management Team
- Inbox & diary management
- Personal shopping for the leadership team and family - e.g. fashion, flowers
- Liaising with suppliers and distributors, including office and household management and maintenance
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office, taking initiative to make sure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Providing cover for the Office Administration Team, as required
- Any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in arranging and booking complex international travel arrangements is essential
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, within the business and home
- A team player who utilises their initiative to recognise what needs to be done in advance and ensures tasks are completed
- Efficient, practical, resourceful and adaptable - able to juggle a variety of tasks at once
