JOB TITLE: Team Administrator


JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time


SALARY: £32,000 - £37,000


COMPANY TYPE: Consultancy

About the role:



  • Supporting two account managers with a wide variety of administration and coordination tasks

  • Preparation of sales quotations using Excel and PowerPoint

  • Creating image presentations and documents including floorplans

  • Helping specifying products that meet client's function, design and budget needs

  • Liaising with clients and answering queries and questions on specification

  • Learning about suppliers and understanding how to specify their products

  • Assisting the sale professionals and supporting their day to day needs with orders and presentations

  • Attending showroom and client visits to help in the selection process

  • Developing product knowledge

  • Reviewing and resolving and manufacturer or client queries via telephone and email

  • Attending meetings with the team and clients to talk through projects

  • Building relationships with clients and suppliers


Experience, knowledge and skills required:



  • Dedicated administrator with experience supporting a busy team

  • Time management and prioritisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Confident telephone manner
