The role will be a 12-month FTC to begin with HUGE potential to be extended permanently.



Team Assistant



  • £35,000 - £38,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London - Bank Tube station

  • 12-month contract (Huge potential to be extended)

  • Insurance Industry

  • Assisting with senior management with secretarial and day to day duties

  • Diary management for the teams

  • Supporting both the claims and underwiring teams

  • Creating travel plans and booking and coordinating all travel including hotel arrangements

  • Assisting with the arrangements of events and entertainment

  • Booking meeting rooms (including refreshments) and sending meeting invitations

  • Meeting and greeting visitors as required

  • Assisting with the production of presentations and other materials

  • Supporting the team on projects and initiatives

  • Taking meeting or Committee minutes as required

  • Ad hoc administration support


You will be able to use the following competencies in the role:



  • Experience working in a similar team assistant, personal assistant, or secretarial roles

  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team to support higher management

  • Positive and self-motivated attitude

  • Strong communicator and able to work with all levels of seniority

  • You will have fantastic accuracy skills and attention to detail

  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
