JOB TITLE: Team Administrator - Conservation Team

COMPANY: Engineering company

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday (full time office-based role)

START: April/May 2024

SALARY: £35,000-£40,000

LOCATION: Farringdon - Full time office based role

  • Management of the groups electronic correspondence which includes incoming emails

  • Administration support to the Conservation Team and team Director

  • Event coordination and support for The Gallery (event space holding lectures and exhibitions)

  • Arranging meetings and reviews

  • Managing floor stationery

  • Typing (letters & reports, formatting)

  • Manipulating PDFs

  • Filing and archiving of paper correspondence

  • Managing floor camera and tool box for site visits

  • Answering calls on the floor and taking messages for those busy or not in the office

  • Group Daily Diary

  • Group project questionnaires and tender submissions

  • Group contacts

  • Organise PPE for site visits for the group

  • Watering plants on the floor

  • Arranging refreshments for meetings with external guests

  • Assisting with cover for reception at lunchtime, leave/sickness and breaks

  • Assisting with cover for external phone calls and rollover calls from reception

Is this you?

  • Be a strong problem solver with a can-do attitude

  • Have strong IT skills, experienced Mac user is a plus

  • Have good interpersonal and people skills

  • Have good attention to detail and precision

  • Be confident and calm under pressure

  • Be organised and efficient

  • Be well-organised and able to pick up tasks quickly
