ROLE: Team Administrator / Assistant
WHERE: Central London - work in the heart of London!
WHEN: Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00 (NOT a hybrid role)
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

As a central person for the team support, Team Administrator is involved in all areas of the company's work, supporting the team with general project management and by ensuring the efficient running of the office and maintaining effective administrative procedures across the organisation.


  • General office management - dealing with day-to-day issues relating to the running of the office; ensuring that the 'front of house' as well as other office areas are always presentable

  • Managing enquiries (internal and external) to ensure information reaches the right people to respond

  • Project management of new and existing commissions

  • Maintaining relationships with support teams, cleaning company, existing suppliers as well as sourcing alternative suppliers for replacement of the office & IT equipment

  • Performing a variety of administrative duties

  • Act as primary contact between the company and office building management

  • Retaining updated records

  • Booking training courses, conferences, exams, events, etc., for the team members

  • Making business travel arrangements

  • Organising company events and team bonding activities

  • Administration tasks involved in appointing new joiners

  • Executive Assistant duties to the Directors of the company

  • Covering company's office phone line and reception

  • Assisting with clients' meeting

  • 'First Aider' & 'Fire Warden' functions

  • Involvement in company's marketing activities

  • Overseeing company website & LinkedIn account

  • Administrative support (assisting with printing, scanning, electronic files transfers and document management)
