Our client, who are an international brand within the luxury FMCG sector, are looking to hire a Team Administrator to co-ordinate and offer administrative support to the Legal and Marketing Teams including Personal Assistance support to the Legal Team and the Group Marketing Director.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an amazing brand in a busy fast paced role!

Paying up to 40k, working full time.

Duties will be extensive but include:

- Diary Management

- Expenses

- Booking travel

- Organising itineraries

- Compiling reports on behalf of the team

- Producing formal documents and presentations

- Building quality relationships with key people in the business

Key skills we are looking for include:

  • Microsoft Office - proficient in Power Point, Word and Excel

  • Power Point - able to build and keep up to date brand and company presentations

  • Excel - working knowledge of Excel preferably including the ability to manipulate data through the use of pivot tables, data sorting, formulae creation for reporting purposes

  • Report writing - ability to draw data and present in a logical format with conclusions

  • Use of financial, corporate entity management and legal matter/records management systems

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always to a very high standard, you go above and beyond to exceed business expectations

  • A can-do, hands-on approach to the tasks set

  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Resilience - ability to accept constructive feedback and stand up for doing the right things

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to facilitate change

  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Experience of working as a personal assistant at an Executive level

  • Experience of working within a fast paced SME/FMCG business

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Experience of electronic diary management

  • Experience of Company Secretarial matters (corporate filings etc) desirable
