The initial role based on the front desk will involve

  • Handling all telephone calls in a professional manner

  • Greeting visitors and showing them where the meeting room is

  • Responsibility for the stationary stock and general office supplies

  • Admin project work

  • General support for all businesses and assistance with holiday cover as required.

We are looking for

A `can do` attitude, attention to detail and an ability to prioritise

Good interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills are key together with good general systems knowledge

This role will be office based and a great starting point for your career, either on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis
