An excellent opportunity has come up for a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator to work alongside a passionate and professional Executive Principal.

The school aims to produce confident, ambitious and successful pupils who are able to pursue their goals and you will work closely alongside the Executive Principal to help him achieve this aim.

Covering all areas of administrative support for the Principal and wider team this role will really suit an organised and passionate administrator.

Some of the duties involved:

  • To manage the Executive Principal's diary for all appointments and meetings

  • To be the first line of contact between the Executive Principal and any phone calls/requests from staff or visitors

  • To be able to proofread documentation on behalf of the Executive Principal and make amendments

  • To type up, disseminate and file all agendas and minutes for meetings

  • To undertake research projects on behalf of the Executive Principal and support with any administrative tasks associated with work streams, including document authoring, presentation preparation, report writing.

  • HR administration, Recruitment support

All about you:

  • Appropriate degree or equivalent level of education

  • Trained in the use of a variety of ICT packages

  • Knowledge of personal assistant roles and responsibilities

  • Experience in typing and formatting of a variety of documents including spreadsheets

  • Experience of managing meetings and taking minutes

  • Some HR administration experience

  • A passion for working within a school - assisting in improving children's lives
