As the Team Administrator, you will be an integral part of their Finance and Administration team, providing vital support in a bustling and varied role. Here's what our client is looking for:
π Academic Qualifications:
- Educated to a high standard - 2.1 Degree or above
π Key Duties and Tasks:
Team Work:
- Copy typing reports, correspondence, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Uploading and creating documents using company systems, demonstrating excellent IT skills.
- Assisting with scheduling and diarizing for internal consultants, ensuring smooth operations.
- Providing administrative support to senior management, showcasing your proactive and reliable nature.
- Answering incoming communications, acting as the point of contact for the team.
General Admin:
- Managing telephone and receptionist duties, welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assisting with office supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organised.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and couriers, being the go-to person for logistics.
- Maintaining effective filing and archiving systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks, helping to create a positive and efficient work environment.
