JOB TITLE: Team Administrator

COMPANY: Not for Profit

CONTRACT: 3 month- potential to extend

HOURS: 09:00am-17:00pm


SALARY: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

LOCATION: Old Street *Hybrid working*

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises within the Education sector, they are a very dynamic and collaborative team who are currently in a very busy period of the busy.

They are looking for a super eager, ambitious, and personable individual to support the Programme team as a project assistant, you will be passionate about giving back to the community, want to be part of an organisation that helps and supports others and be an integral part of a team!



  • To provide project support for several projects to ensure agreed outputs and key milestones are delivered on time.

  • To support the organisation and logistics for events and conferences, including remote/virtual events

  • To organise meetings, including sending out invitations, booking venues, preparing papers, taking and distributing minutes

  • To provide administrative support for the department

  • To undertake administration for the team e.g. managing public enquiries, organising and booking travel, general office management

  • To liaise with external subcontractors to support delivery e.g. assisting with contracts and payment procedures

  • To support the Head of Programmes and Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and project management.

  • To contribute to the wider activity of the charity when required, including events, team away days, and other strategic priorities.


  • Experience of providing admin support to a team or individual

  • Knowledge of or interest in the current educational landscape

  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills

  • Highly organised and thrives on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Time management, communication, and organisation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
