HOURS: *PART-TIME ROLE* 20-25 hours a week


START: Monday 11th October


SALARY: £12.00-£15.00 an hour


LOCATION: Walking distance from Liverpool Street station.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Act as a support system to the whole team by assisting with day-to-day admin tasks

  • Looking after the internal CRM system and managing internal projects

  • Answering any queries that any clients or candidates may have

  • Supporting the CEO with everyday ADHOC administration task

  • Flexibility is key as each day is ever-changing


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Friendly and welcoming personality with excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A proactive and professional individual that can demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and who is always willing to learn new skills

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and undertake a broad range of administration tasks

  • A positive and personable individual with a go to personality, confidence is key

  • The ability to hit the ground running with outstanding attention to detail

  • Experience with XERO and Vincere is desired but not essential

  • An individual who loves admin!
