JOB TITLE: Team Administrator


COMPANY: Financial Services


HOURS: 09.30am-17.30pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £23,000-£27,000* Depending on experience


LOCATION: Walking distance from Bank tube station.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Assisting with various sectors of the business including general administration

  • Maintain templates for forms and performances

  • Ensure all work is apt, correct, applicable, of a high standard and compliant

  • Launch and administer effective client relationships, evaluate costs, and source providers

  • Deal with all enquiries via telephone and email

  • Manage the team inbox

  • Produce and run monthly reports

  • Arrange travel booking and complete expense forms for the department as required

  • Formulate and print agendas, presentations, and other material in preparation for meetings

  • Generate and modify presentations and other materials when required


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous administration experience is required

  • Strong knowledge of MS Packages

  • A positive and flexible working attitude

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Extremely adaptable and flexible to ensure deadlines are met

  • Quality driven with outstanding attention to detail

  • A willingness to learn and develop on your current skillset
