Team Admin Support - Maternity Cover

JOB TITLE: Team Admin Support


LOCATION: Ashford, Kent (currently home based)


SALARY: £23,500 pa


TERM: 12 month temporary contract


HOURS: 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times)


We have an exciting opportunity to join a large instantly recognisable company with multiple offices across the South East. This is a maternity contract for 12 months and we are ideally looking for someone to start immediately. The company offer a really flexible work environment for the right candidate.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Supporting the team with Administration

  • Responding to emails and correspondence

  • Updating spreadsheets and completing reports

  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes as required (via Teams currently)

  • Arranging staff medicals and maintaining all records/paperwork as required

  • Liaising with procurement and area managers regarding ordering of stock and general purchasing

  • Issuing equipment, uniform and briefing notes, obtaining signatures where required

  • Maintaining a filing system of documents and supplying information to the area manager's team as required

  • Producing weekly timesheets for payroll for area management groups

  • Updating the company's intranet to ensure all information is relevant and up to date

  • Working with the General Manager to cover other members of the team during absences


We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Strong Administration/Secretarial experience

  • Excellent IT skills including Excel

  • Confident working in a fast paced environment

  • Happy to commit to a temporary 12 month contract

  • Who are available immediately
