As a Talent Administrator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening new candidates, conducting initial interviews, and building strong relationships with clients. The role is incredibly fast-paced and diverse, ensuring that no two days are the same.

  • Manage candidates' aspirations to ensure the right fit for both parties

  • Carry out pre-employment and compliance checks

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

  • Identify new candidate and client opportunities
