Location: York


Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible working


Start Date: ASAP


Salary: £24-28,000 per annum plus bi-annual bonus



Are you a the go to person for all things ATS (Applicant Tracking System)? Are you a creative problem solver with an eye for detail and understanding data?



We are thrilled to be working with a leading construction business who are at the forefront of their sector and are in the process of updating their recruitment processes. As the Talent Acquisition System Administrator, you will be the go-to person for things recruitment systems once the system goes live and, in your first few months, be a vital addition to the implementation of this system. Do you know what an automated email should look like? Do you know how to attract candidates with the right job description and advert? Brief Overview of Responsibilities:


Implementation stage



  • You will recreate and modernise job adverts, design reports, optimise social media presence, design the training to be given and assist with the final build of the systems by providing your valuable input.


From go live date, your role will include:



  • Training all hiring managers in how to use the system correctly, ensuring best practice and troubleshooting any issues

  • Posting and monitoring job adverts to ensure they meet the brand tone of voice

  • Running reports on the recruitment function across the ATS

  • Utilising Social Media effectively

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Regional Managers



To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:



  • Previous experience with ATS or similar recruitment systems within a recruitment agency/HR office

  • Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail

  • The ability to work from the York office at short notice as required
