Job purpose

Partnering with the HR team and with the business, this role is responsible for talent acquisition across Head Office and Retail functions in the UK and Channel Islands for a Global, Luxury beauty brand with lots of exciting plans in the pipeline! Based 3 days a week in the offices in Central London and 2 days from home, we are looking for an agile individual who is passionate about hiring the best possible talent into the business.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Source and acquire high calibre talent from junior to middle management roles in Commercial, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Supply Chain and Retail managing 12-20 vacancies at a time

  • Build effective Talent Acquisition strategies for different geographies by partnering with hiring managers and the Senior Leadership Team to map out and anticipate hiring needs

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing until offer ensuring that only high calibre talents are offered roles

  • Build connections with candidates and offer support and feedback at every stage of the process to ensure strong engagement and a best-in-class candidate experience

  • Build talent pools for pipelining to ensure continuous future resources

  • Lead employer branding and sourcing initiatives across different channels (LinkedIn, Company website, job boards, etc).

  • Manage recruitment agencies and develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to increase recruitment output

Skills / Qualifications

  • Have at least 4 years recruiting in a fast paced environment across different functions

  • Master LinkedIn Recruiter to directly source and engage passive talents

  • Have demonstrated experience supporting recruitment strategy - focus on cost reduction, lead time, retention, etc.

  • Have exceptional communication skills in English (French would be a plus)

  • Have strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and negotiate

  • Have laser focus on achieving the best results

  • Be a collaborative team player with a drive and persistence to make an individual impact on the entire company
