£40,000- £50,000 DOE

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess requirements and come up with recruiting strategies to engage and interview top talent in the competitive market

  • Design innovative recruitment strategies aligned to current or forecasted technical talent for specified roles, multiple needs, and/or opportunistic talent

  • Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Source and assess qualified candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Boolean searches, user groups, referrals, networking, and other channels

  • Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups, academic institutions or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within technology or financial services a plus

  • Fluent in both French and English

  • Proven experience in building and managing diverse pipelines

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry

  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritise and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance

  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

  • French speaking skills a must

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field
