Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client based in Bracknell.

Location: Bracknell



Salary: £29k-£31k



**Please note, that is role is a 12-month FTC**



The Role:



Our client is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join their fast-paced, fun, and highly motivated EMEA Talent Acquisition team.



The Talent Acquisition Coordinators at play a critical role in providing unparalleled service to the internal and external customers. They are dedicated to ensuring that candidates have a positive experience during their initial interactions with the company, and through their journey from interviews to onboarding.



  • Supporting the EMEA Recruitment team in all aspects of the recruitment process

  • Prioritising timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.

  • Managing the onboarding process including offers, contracts, and associated paperwork.

  • Onboarding new associates in preparation for their first day

  • Represent the company's Acquisition team to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work

  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, scheduling, and onboarding efficiency- process improvement initiatives

  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (Example: New Associate Training)


The ideal candidate:




  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint

  • Ideally a years' experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment coordinating/ HR Coordinating

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment

  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail

  • Demonstrate excellent judgement, discretion, and sensitivity

  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company

  • Can make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties

  • Thinks ahead and troubleshoots; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player
