System Trainer

Role: Operational Lead / Trainer

Location: Sydenham

Salary: £23k-25k

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (some days working from home)

We have teamed up with one of our clients based in Sydenham looking to recruit for an Operational Lead. The main purpose of this position is to provide operational and system support, guidance, training and expertise in the application of a new system.   • Providing support and guidance on the new system

  • Being the first point of contact for the day to day queries regarding the new system

  • Maintain the system and implement new updates

  • Perform ongoing system review and recommend changes where needed

  • Provide training and regular refresher programmes

  • Coaching the staff

Person specification:

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver training packages

  • Ability to plan and prioritise

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues

  • Experience of effective management of change
