Job Title: Swedish Speaking Complaints Specialist


Location: Kingston with onsite parking and easy access to public transport


Contract type: 12-month FTC


Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm


Salary: £28,000 to £31,000

Are you fluent in Swedish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading company within their industry, is seeking a Swedish Speaking Complaints Specialist to join their team on a 12-month FTC. As the first point of contact for customers and consumers, you will play a crucial role in managing product complaints and adverse events.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle telephone and email complaints, ensuring timely and accurate logging of all interactions

  • Maintain regular communication with consumers, providing updates on the progress of their cases

  • Log all events and communications related to each case in the designated system

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines in logging product complaints

  • Review and escalate medical query cases as necessary

  • Provide coverage for complaint management and compliance duties when required

  • Work independently and collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as needed

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrate a positive and open-minded approach, supporting company strategy and embracing change

  • Take ownership of issues and exhibit quick learning and problem-solving skills

  • Keep financial considerations in mind when carrying out responsibilities


Requirements:



  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Proficient IT skills
