Support Administrator
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
My client, an accountancy firm, is looking to recruit a Support Administrator to join their busy Chelmsford Office.
You will be working to deliver a broad range of services to a number of business clients. This opportunity would suit an individual who is looking to progress their career within a professional organisation. The ideal candidate would have some prior corporate administration experience, but this is not essential. You will be a team player and have a flexible approach to completing tasks and achieving targets.
Duties:
* Annual Confirmation Statement preparation and submission.
* Submission of Financial Statements
* VAT Returns
* New company formation
* Bookkeeping tasks
* Director appointment and resignation filings
* Share allotments, subdivision, and transfers
* Assisting clients with queries
* Managing the client reminder mailbox
* Preparation of special resolutions
* Assisting with ad hoc administration matters
