JOB TITLE: Supply Planner

LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent (50% hybrid working available!)

TERM: 12 month FTC

HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am - 4:30pm (early Friday finish!)

We have a career changing opportunity to join a well-recognised Global company as an Supply Planner. This role offers full support and training and is initially a 12-15 month maternity cover contract, however this Global Company often have permanent positions available. All this and you will also have the option to be 50% home based, read on to learn more about this fantastic opportunity…

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Supply planning items throughout their product lifecycle

  • Preparing monthly forecast updates

  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Preparing supply plans, raising purchase orders and following these through with suppliers proactively

  • Monitoring stock levels vs inventory targets, working proactively with Supply Chain Planning Manger to optimise inventory

  • Preparing information and presentations for monthly meetings

  • Compilation of quarterly financials

  • Inputting weekly and monthly reports of inventory data into internal database

  • KPI reporting

  • Other duties as required within the Supply Chain team

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Experience using SAP is desirable

  • An analytical eye with great attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel

  • 1+ year experience within Supply Planning/ Supply Chain or Stock Management/Demand Planning
