JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator

LOCATION: Burgess Hill

HOURS: 37.5 Hours

Salary: £33 - £36k (Dependant on Experience) +OTE Bonus

Contract: Permanent

Working Style: 3 days in office and 2 from home (Fixed)

Responsible for developing demand forecasts, managing inventory health, driving continuous improvement of forecasts, and facilitating inventory consensus on across sales, operations, and procurement.

Duties include:

  • Create and develop rolling forecast using sales, market trends, and judgemental input.

  • Manage inventory levels, identifies exceptions, and develops resolutions to large variances to these levels in order to escalate or take corrective action.

  • Prepare data and material for weekly planning meeting with buyer and sales teams

  • Assist the Supply Planners to balance supply and demand for assigned parts

  • Assigned a Customer Group/Sales Team to manage and ensure correct Demand Forecast in planning system

  • Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

About You:

  • Knowledge of key demand planning and inventory performance metrics

  • Excellent computer skills and extensive data analysis skills especially in Excel and Access

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in forecasting, supply planning, or similar Supply Chain role preferred

  • Experience with basic ERP system functionality

  • SQL skills preferred
