Our world renowned alcoholic beverage client is looking for a supply chain assistant to join their London Team, the team is dynamic, innovative and client-focused, supported by an inclusive and fun company culture.


In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Consultants in evaluating, recommending and implementing industry best practice, strategic procurement systems, processes and procedures.

Role: Supply Chain Assistant


Pay Rate: £15 per hour


Schedule: Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Hybrid Working


Start Date: ASAP


Location: Holborn


Responsibilities:



  • Processing customer and internal sample orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner

  • Building strong relationships with 3rd party logistics partners to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full and according to customer requests

  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers ensuring all internal and external requirements are met

  • Review and resolve any delivery or supply chain queries with customers

  • Work alongside Supply Chain team to review customer forecasts

  • Supporting Accounting team with providing all necessary supply chain documentation required for billing purposes

  • Provide excellent administrative support to the wider team, including meeting coordination, Purchase Order Creations and supplies management

  • Proactively ensure that the office facilities remain in good order and repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. Liaise with building manager as required




Person Specification



  • Diligent, thorough, with strong organisational skills

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

  • Comfortable working under pressure of time with ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage daily workload

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service

  • Demonstrates a 'can do', solution always focused and flexible attitude, to deliver the highest possible level of service

  • Ability to analyse logistical problems and provide accurate solutions

  • Good understanding of sales processes

  • Experience in using SAP
