They are on the look out for a friendly, personable and confident Studio Receptionist to work on a PART TIME basis - the ideal person will be able to commit to either 3 full days per week or mornings/afternoons only 5 days per week!

JOB ROLE: Studio Receptionist (PART TIME)
JOB TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: Can be flexible depending on circumstances* Minimum 3 days!
SALARY: £13,200 - £15,000 (approx. take home based on minimum 3 days)
LOCATION: Walking distance from Barbican station

  • Ensuring the showroom is presentable, clean and tidy paying close attention to the look and feel of the furniture displayed

  • Friendly, welcoming point of contact for the showroom and visitors

  • Running regular stock checks and ordering suppliers where necessary for the kitchen, bathroom and showroom

  • General upkeep of plants, boiler, IT equipment and speakers

  • Supporting with client visits including preparing the meeting room, providing refreshments and meeting/greeting guests

  • Conducting research prior to events, including gathering quotes and materials required

  • Collating industry event dates and other showroom events in the local area


  • A friendly and well presented individual

  • Excellent communication skills - clear and accurate spoken and written English

  • Confident people skills, comfortable speaking to clients and colleagues

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • Adaptable to changing requirements based upon workload
