Student Welfare Receptionist - 20 Hours Per Week + Parking

We are delighted to be partnering with our central Bournemouth based client for a Student Welfare Receptionist.

In this role you will be the first person that the students will come to with any queries, we are looking for someone who is a natural people person with an empathetic nature. Within in this role, no two days will be the same, its important to be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with a variety of queries, both face to face and over the phone.

There is an opportunity for this role to be made permanent for the right candidate.

HOURS: 10AM-2PM Monday and Friday, 12PM-4PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

START DATE: 25^th July 2022

What you will be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for all calls coming through


• Listening to students queries or problems and making sure they are passed over to the advisors to follow up


• Meeting and greeting students

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Have previous Admin/ Customer Service Experience within an office environment


• Are empathetic


• Are calm in difficult situations
